Baseball Field Dedication Event
October 8, 2016 - October 9, 2016
The City of Woonsocket and the Woonsocket Little League will dedicate the baseball field at World War II Park on Social Street in honor of city native and Major League Baseball Hall of Famer Napoleon “Nap” Lajoie.
Dedication will be part of Columbus Day weekend events planned for the city’s annual Autumnfest at the park.
