2016 Annual Colombian Independence Parade and Festival

Parade starting at 10AM.  We will drive through the streets of Central Falls until we reach the Higginson park in Central falls where our festival will begin at 12PM until 7PM.

The parade will start at 10AM in the parkin lot of Pawtucket School Department 286 Main St, Pawtucket RI 02860.  The parade will pass through Dexter, Cross man St, Lonsdale ave, until we finally reach the Higginson park.

The parade will be joined by the flotas (carrozas), highliting the different regions of Colombia, as well as the Carnival Queens  We will also be joined by a diverse number of Colombian communities of New England and different cultural presentations performed by our brother countries.

A great number of recognized artists along with cultural performances such as, trovas, letanias, standup commedy and folkloric dances will be participating in our festival.  We will also have a great variety of Colombian food and drinks.  The festival promises to end the independence week with a great joy in a family environment for all the Colombian communities and other latino communities of Rhode Island.
