Travel with us for a culinary tour to the Cape Verde Islands! We’ll meet at Monte Cara restaurant to feast on two Cape Verdean delicacies – a grilled chicken dinner with rice and French fries and a simmered cod fish dish with eggs, potato and rice, as well as a salad. Co-owner of this friendly family restaurant, Leyanne Oliveira, will share information about the beautiful Cape Verde Islands and their unique style of cooking.
