Owner/Chef Sandy Batista will demonstrate our meal for the evening, Carne de Porco Alentejana and Giardineira (pork medallions, cubed fries and clams topped with pickled vegetables). We’ll learn some cooking tips we can use at home. Sandy will also share some information about the port wines of Portugal and we’ll have some samples.
